Baby and Child
This course is designed for Parents; Gran Parents; Carers or anyone having an interest on how to deal with an emergency for a Baby or Child
Course Syllabus Delegates will receive first aid subjects including:
- Asphyxia - care of a choking casualty Baby and Child
- Recovery position
- Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for Babies and Children
Course Duration
The course is of 2 hours duration
Course Outcome
The certificate is issued for one year from the date of issue, and delegates are strongly recommended to attend refresher training in order to maintain the skills learnt and to keep up to date with changes in protocols.
In-House Courses at your Premises
This course may be delivered at your premises for any size groups of delegates. This option enables the course to be run on dates of your choice and with the content related specifically to your area of responsibility.
